In RimWorld 1.x or older the library was included inside C mods and there was no need to load it as a separate mod. Harmony is a library that is used by many mods. Asking Paradox to fix it won't help, the problem is on Steam's end. This mod contains the C library Harmony for all RimWorld mods. It's not caused by the actual game, it's a bug in the Steam Client. Just check the TPB and see if there's any updated versions on there yet. For some reason I have to manually go into the steam workshop folder and copy over the mod files to the mod folder in Rimworld, but it's all working fine. This is an issue that currently affects all Workshop games. The workshop is being a bit wonky, but it's not that annoying. Normally this file is moved to the Workshop folder once completed, but because it's corrupt Steam doesn't recognize it and it stays in the Downloads folder. All you'll be deleting is a temporary file that's stored during the download. Are you missing Workshop content? Did you subscribe to things that aren't appearing in the game?
